Another 6.6 Earthquake shakes Pacific Nicaragua

A strong earthquake struck at 2:38 pm about Pacific Nicaragua. 

The monitoring center of the United States estimated the magnitude at 6.6 on Richter scale and located the epicenter 18 km southwest of Nandaime, in the department of Granada. The approximate depth of 138 km. 



Apart from Granada, the earth movement was felt in the departments of Managua, Boaco, Carazo, Leon, Rivas, Chinandega, Masaya and Jinotega. 

In addition, he felt in neighboring Honduras, El Salvador and Costa Rica. LP
